1. Maximize Your Social Media Presence Without the Stress
Posting on social media every day is exhausting, right? I know firsthand how hard it can be to keep up with multiple platforms. That’s why I use Metricool to schedule posts in advance and keep track of what’s working. With Metricool, I can batch-create content for weeks at a time and stop worrying about what to post or when to post it. And the best part? I can track which posts are getting the most engagement, so I know exactly when my audience is most active.
My Tip: Posting consistently doesn’t have to be a time-suck. By using a social media scheduler like Metricool, you’ll be able to batch content, track your analytics, and post when your audience is most engaged.
2. Your Email List is Pure Gold
Social media is great for visibility, but your email list is where your real connections are. These are the people who’ve already said “yes” to hearing from you. So, make sure you’re nurturing that relationship! I use ConvertKit (now called Kit) to send broadcast emails, automate sequences, and segment my audience so I can always send the right message to the right person.
When you write your emails, think of them as a one-on-one conversation. Your subscriber wants to feel like you’re speaking just to them, so keep it personal and real.
My Tip: Your email list is a direct line to your most engaged audience. Prioritize it, and remember to write like you’re talking to one person—not a crowd.
3. Automate Your Content Creation with AI
Creating content can be super time-consuming, but it doesn’t have to be! I use ChatGPT to brainstorm content ideas, summarize key takeaways from my podcast, and even pull quotes from episodes. And for video content? Vidyo.ai is my go-to. It helps me turn long podcast episodes into short, engaging reels and YouTube shorts automatically.
My Tip: Tools like ChatGPT and Video AI can make content creation a breeze. Use them to save time and get more content out of every podcast or video.
4. Consistency and Automation Are Your Best Friends
The key to building your online presence is consistently showing up and automating where you can. With tools like Metricool, Kit, ChatGPT, and Vidyo.ai, I’m able to streamline my entire process and focus on what really matters—growing my business. You don’t need to be perfect. Just start. Show up regularly, be authentic, and let the tools do the heavy lifting.
Consistency is everything. Automating your workflow will save you time and ensure that you’re always visible to your audience.
Ready to Take Action?
I challenge you to pick one tool from my Visibility Toolbox and start using it this week. Whether it’s scheduling your posts with Metrical, using ChatGPT to brainstorm content, or setting up an email sequence in Kit—just start. The sooner you implement these tools, the sooner you’ll see how much easier it is to stay visible without burning out.

Let’s get Let’s get started. What if you could save time, streamline your workflow, and become unmissable online with just a few powerful tools? Imagine consistently showing up where your audience is and getting their attention while you’re building trust. You’re doing all of this without burning yourself out. Sounds too good to be true. It’s not. Today, I’m sharing just Just a few of my favorite tools in my Visibility Toolbox. These tools and strategies are going to help you be seen online and stay seen online. I’m going to walk you through my favorite tools that I use on a regular basis and how I’ve used these tools to build my brand and my business. They are all designed to make your life easier and to amplify your online presence. You want to make sure that you’re getting visible in all right places. The first one I’m going to start with is probably the most popular one. If you’re listening right now, chances are pretty good that you’re on social media. We all know that staying consistent on social media is really important to being visible. But we also know trying to post every day or even every three days or two days, whatever it is that you’re doing, it’s exhausting.
[00:03:00.210] – Deanna Hinsz
You have so many different platforms that you may be on. I know a lot of you are on more than two. Well, that’s where my first favorite platform comes in. I use Metrical. Metrical is a game changer for my social media scheduling. I have hopped around and tried a lot of different platforms, and there are some really good ones out there, but I keep coming back to Metrical. No, I am not getting paid to say that. I use Metrical to batch create content, and I will schedule it out for a week, two weeks, sometimes even a month. The thing is, I don’t want to think about posting to social media every single day. I get to schedule it, and what’s really cool is that Metrical tracks the analytics for me. So I can see which of my posts are working and when my audience is most engaged. This helps me post smarter, not harder. And That’s one of the biggest mistakes that I see so many starting entrepreneurs make, and not even starting entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs who have been around for some time now growing their business is that they’ll post, but they never pay attention to the data.
[00:04:15.380] – Deanna Hinsz
Paying attention to that data and your analytics is so important. It’s going to determine when the best time is to post. Instead of just posting randomly, Metricle helps you get in front of your audience when they’re most likely to engage. We all know that when they start to engage, that means that that post, that reel, that any type of content that you posted, reaches more people. This is one of the reasons I love Metricle so much, and I can add a variety of brands. If you’re managing two brands, some of you do have two to different brands, you have your personal brand, and then you have your business brand, Metrical is great for that. You can definitely do it. Now, The second tool that I’m going to share, I really like it a lot. Again, there are a lot of tools out there that do this. But I want to talk about email marketing. You’ve heard me say it before, and I’m going to say it again, your email list is gold. These are the people who want to hear from you directly. And nurturing that email list should absolutely be a priority. For so many times, I’ve heard people put more priority on their social media.
[00:05:31.790] – Deanna Hinsz
And not that social media isn’t important, but you’ve got a broad audience. And now you have a narrow audience on your email marketing where they’ve said, yes, here’s my email. Please message me. And they forget about that person, and they forget about their email list, and they keep pouring all their energy into social media, and they’re missing the lower hanging fruit, which is your email list. Because I know that nurturing my email list should be my priority, I rely on Convert Kit, which is now known as just Kit. It’s the perfect tool for sending broadcast emails or creating automated sequences and segmenting your list so that you can send the right message to the right people. I want to explain that just real quick. In case you’re listening and you’re not really sure what the difference between those three things are that I just listed. I send a broadcast email. Every Monday, my broadcast email that is sent out has to do with my podcast, the one that you’re listening to right now. It becomes live on Monday, and right around 11:00, you’re going to get my 11:00 or 12:00. It depends. You’re going to get my email announcing that there is a new podcast episode.
[00:06:58.130] – Deanna Hinsz
Now, an automated sequence is a little bit different. I’ll give one example. If I have a freebie or a white paper, I have a landing page and I’m asking you to sign up for something so that I can get your email list, right? This is a lead magnet. This lead magnet could be a checklist, it could be an e-book, it could be a special video, it could be a coupon as well, right? Here’s a discount. If you shop on my store or buy something, here’s the discount that you get. Well, once you sign up for that and you give me your email, all of a sudden this automated email sequence is triggered. It’ll start with the very first one of saying, Here it is. This is what you asked for. I’m giving it to you. And then takes you down a series of nurturing the relationship with that new subscriber. Now, segmenting your list can fall under that. This is where you take your list and different people have found you in different avenues. One may have signed up through that lead magnet. Maybe you had an event, it was an in-person event, and that might be a different segmented list.
[00:08:14.050] – Deanna Hinsz
Sometimes the segments are people that are really engaged with your newsletter or your broadcast emails, and people who are cold. They haven’t really opened them. You would talk to each of them a little bit differently. So, Kit, It’s going to be hard for me to get used to saying Kit, but Kit does all this. I can do all of that within this one platform. I love the way that the automation is set up. I’m more of a visual person. When I see the automated sequences and the triggers, it’s visually appealing and it’s easier for me. I like the way that it’s set up. But when you’re writing your emails, think of your emails as a conversation. Be real, be you. The more authentic you are, the more your audience is going to connect with you. I think this is so important because, first off, speak to your audience when you are writing that email one-on-one. A lot of times, I know it tends to feel like we want to talk to a group, because we’re sending it to an entire list. But don’t talk to the group. Just talk to one on one because I’m the only one that’s opening that newsletter, that email from you, or your subscriber is the only one that’s opening it and reading it.
[00:09:36.710] – Deanna Hinsz
They want to feel personal. You want to connect with them. I’m going to hop over to the third one. Now we’re going to talk content creation because I know creating content is one of the most time consuming aspects of running an online business, but it doesn’t have to be. I’m going to share with you two tools that are a game changer for me. Chatgpt and Video AI. Now, first off, ChatGPT. We’ve heard of AI. I’m guessing you have. It’s been around for some time now, but it’s really got a lot of popularity lately. Chatgpt helped bring that into focus for a lot of people. Like, Wait, I can use AI. Even though, really, secretly, you’ve been using AI and maybe didn’t realize that it was actually AI. But we’ll get into that maybe on another Another podcast episode. The way that I use ChatGPT for content creation is I’ll go to that to start brainstorming content ideas. If I need help coming up with podcast topics, social media posts, or or maybe finding the best takeaways from an interview. Chatgpt is like having a creative assistant on demand. I can pop the video right into ChatGPT or pull I’ll use the transcript and add it in ChatGPT and ask it certain questions so that it pulls the best of the best out of that interview so that I can use it to create content.
[00:11:13.930] – Deanna Hinsz
Now, for the video content because this is being recorded. All of my podcast episodes are recorded and they’re uploaded onto YouTube. Now, I use Video AI, and this tool allows me to take these longer videos like like the one you may be watching right now or any of my podcast episodes and break them down into bright size reels and YouTube shorts. It automates this process for me. I remember when I was Trying to create clips from a video and watching the whole video and trying to splice it at the right time and then like, Okay, this is one clip. Oh my gosh, this is a huge time saver. All I do is upload that entire video in there and it does it for me. Don’t have to do anything. I’m going to give you a real-world example. I’ve touched a little bit about how I do this, but I’m going to give you an example of how I use these different pieces for my podcast. I’ve heard people say, Creating a podcast takes so much time, and it does. It definitely does, but not as much as I think that most people think. After I get done recording an interview or recording myself, creating a new episode, I upload the audio and the video.
[00:12:39.750] – Deanna Hinsz
The audio, of course, I’ll get my intro and outro added. I send that to my VA, and she gets that done for me. The video goes into Video AI, and it creates these clips. These clips I can use as reels, and I can use them as shorts. I will schedule those The week of the podcast, two days a week. So I know those are two of my posts that I’m going to have, and they’re going to be talking about the podcast. Then I take the transcript and I put it in the ChatGPT. I asked ChatGPT to find the best quotes and the best takeaways from that episode, and it does. So now I have this spreadsheet filled with amazing quotes from past guests. And at any time I can create that quote, tag that guest, in it, and have now another piece of content. To say in one week, there’s three pieces of content I’m getting from one episode. I take that, and when my episode goes live on Monday, I send out that broadcast email that we were talking about, and I use Kit. I’m sharing that episode with everybody as well as some of the key points.
[00:13:54.380] – Deanna Hinsz
I highlight exactly where the show notes are of what to go listen to certain key points that I know what’s going to appeal to my audience. Here’s the thing. When you’re creating video content, don’t try to make it perfect. I mean, if you try to make it perfect, you’re never going to get started. People will connect with you being more authentic than polished perfection. Just start. Listen, if you’re thinking of doing this or thinking of creating video content because you’ve heard for the last several years Is that video is it, just jump in and start. The right tools, you’ll find the right tools that will work for you. It’ll help you refine it. You’ll start to get better and better. How do we tie all these tools together to maximize your visibility? The answer is simple, and it’s two things. Consistency and automation. When you use tools like Metricol or Kit, ChatGPT, and Video AI, you’re not just saving time, but you’re creating a system that just makes sure that you’re showing up on the regular, in all the right places, and you have the right message. These tools should be part of your Visibility Toolbox.
[00:15:13.640] – Deanna Hinsz
When you are using them together, they will streamline your efforts and help you reach more people. I promise you, it makes everything so much more simple. And as I said, those are what I use in my toolbox. There are so many others There’s a lot of ideas out there. Find the one that’s best for you, but make sure that you have it and put it in your toolbox because the key is you’re running your business and you don’t have time. You may probably don’t even want to create content. You didn’t sign up for this, but using the right visibility tools are going to help you show up. Remember, visibility is all about showing up, being consistent and being authentic. When you have everything, you can simplify this process and stay top of mind with your audience. That way you can spend your time focusing on what you really care about, and that’s growing your business. I have a challenge for you. I want you to pick one tool from my Visibility toolbox and start using it this week. I don’t care if you’re using Metrical and you want to schedule some posts, or you want to use ChatGPT and brainstorm some content ideas, or set up your welcome, or some automated email with Kit.
[00:16:34.080] – Deanna Hinsz
Whatever you start, just start. All right, guys, thank you for tuning in. If you found this episode helpful, share with someone else who can really use some visibility boosts. As always, keep showing up, keep being unstable. Remember, visibility is within your control. Thanks for joining in, and we’ll see you next week.
