Hi, I’m Deanna Hinsz.
I have spent more than fifteen years helping business owners make sense of marketing, clarify their ideas, and turn what they know into something other people can understand and act on.
I started CarbonSilk during the early days of social media, built businesses of my own, coached hundreds of entrepreneurs and spoke at conferences across the country. I have also experienced the pressure of trying to serve customers, grow a business and keep up with marketing at the same time.
I created Marketing Circle because good business owners should not have to spend hours searching for answers or pay thousands of dollars every time they need practical marketing guidance.

Is Marketing Circle only for real estate professionals?
No. Marketing Circle is for business owners across industries. Some workshops may use examples from service businesses or real estate because of Deanna’s experience, but the principles and working sessions are designed to be useful across many types of businesses.
Do I need marketing experience?
Not at all. Workshops are designed to be practical and easy to follow. You will receive enough explanation to understand the strategy, followed by help putting it into practice.
Is this a course?
No. Marketing Circle is an ongoing membership with workshops, working sessions, recordings and community support. You do not need to complete a large curriculum or follow lessons in a specific order.
Is there already a large training library?
Marketing Circle is a fresh start. New workshops and resources will be added as the community grows. Founding members will also have the opportunity to influence upcoming topics.
What if I cannot attend a workshop live?
Training sessions will be recorded and added to the community. You can watch them when your schedule allows.
Will you do my marketing for me?
Marketing Circle provides training, guidance and support, but you remain responsible for implementing your marketing. If you want CarbonSilk to create or manage it for you, explore the done-for-you services.
Will I have unlimited access to Deanna?
No. You will be able to ask questions through the community and during designated Open Office Hours. Private strategy and personalized done-for-you support are available separately.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your membership is month to month, and you may cancel at any time. If you cancel and return later, the founding-member rate may no longer be available.
