Get It RightSocial Media + AI for Real Estate
What to post. How to use AI. How to get found.
Learn how to create content that sounds like you, builds trust and makes your expertise easier to find across social media, Google and AI search, then turn it into a practical 90-day plan you can actually follow.
LIVE TWO-HOUR WORKING SESSION FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
August 26th • 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Eastern • Live Online
No fluff. No myths. No BS.
You don’t need another list of random content ideas.
One person tells you to post every day.
Another tells you to comment on three people’s posts before publishing so the algorithm will reward you.
Someone else says AI can create an entire month of content in ten minutes, but everything it writes sounds like everyone else.
Meanwhile, you’re still wondering:
- What should I actually post?
- Do I really need to make Reels?
- How often do I need to show up?
- Can people find me on Google or ChatGPT?
- How does any of this turn into clients?
You are not confused because you aren’t trying.
You’re confused because there is an overwhelming amount of advice – and much of it is repeated without proof, context or a real strategy behind it.
It’s time to get it right.
Leave With a Plan – Not Just More Notes
This is a working session, not a two-hour lecture.
By the end of the class, you will have:
- A clear statement of what you want to be known for
- One primary audience and business goal
- Four personalized content pillars
- Twelve topics based on real client questions
- A sustainable weekly posting rhythm
- A social, Google and AI-search findability checklist
- A reusable AI brand brief
- A framework for making AI-generated content sound like you
- One drafted and verified piece of content
- A natural call-to-action and follow-up pathway
- A practical 90-day visibility plan
The Questions Real Estate Agents Are Actually Asking
What actually works on social media now?
Separate current platform guidance from recycled algorithm myths. Learn the difference between reach, recognition, trust and conversion—and which metrics deserve your attention.
What should I post—and how often?
Build content around your expertise, audience and business goals instead of borrowing another agent’s generic calendar.
Do I have to make videos or post every day?
Understand where video fits, when it is useful and how to choose a publishing rhythm you can maintain. You do not need to become a full-time content creator.
How can I use AI without sounding fake?
Give AI better direction, preserve your voice, add your real expertise and recognize generic or invented information before it reaches your audience.
How can people find me on Google and AI search?
Learn the practical role of your profiles, website, Google Business Profile, reviews, local content and publicly accessible expertise.
How does content turn into business?
Connect content to comfortable calls to action, personal follow-up, conversations, referrals and appointments.
What should I do for the next 90 days?
Turn everything you learn into a realistic plan based on your business—not someone else’s posting formula.
Receipts, Not Rumors
This course was created because real estate agents deserve better than opinions presented as algorithm facts.
Throughout the session, we will distinguish between:
Platform Fact
Current information supported by an official or credible source.
Marketing Principle
A sound strategic principle that applies beyond one algorithm update.
Professional Recommendation
My recommendation based on more than 15 years of digital marketing experience.
Needs Testing
A tactic that may work differently depending on your audience, market and content.
You will not simply learn what I recommend.
You will learn how to evaluate marketing and AI advice for yourself.
This Class Is for You If…
- You know you need to show up online but aren’t sure what to say.
- You post without knowing how the content supports your business.
- You have tried ChatGPT but dislike the generic results.
- You’re tired of conflicting advice about algorithms, Reels and engagement.
- You want to become known for something meaningful.
- You want people to find and trust you across more than one platform.
- You want a manageable plan—not another full-time job.
- You care about accuracy, compliance and protecting your professional reputation.
This Is Not…
- A lesson in becoming an influencer
- A Reel-editing or Canva class
- A technical SEO seminar
- A promise of instant leads
- Ninety generic posts generated for you
- Another presentation filled with unverified algorithm hacks
This is a strategy and implementation session for agents who want to build visibility that supports real relationships and real business.
Why Learn From Deanna?
I began working in social media marketing in 2011—before content calendars, AI tools and short-form video became everyday business language.
For more than 15 years, I have helped businesses clarify their messages, build digital strategies, develop content and strengthen their online presence. I have also spoken at conferences nationwide about digital marketing and social media.
Today, I’m also a licensed Realtor.
That means I understand this from both sides: as a digital strategist who has studied how online visibility actually works and as an agent balancing prospecting, networking, open houses, clients and everything else it takes to build a real estate business.
And honestly…
I brought this course back because I was frustrated
I have attended workshops and heard outdated tactics, platform myths and personal opinions presented as facts. I’ve watched agents take notes on information that was inaccurate, unverifiable or no longer relevant—and then try to build their marketing around it.
When your time, reputation and business are on the line, “I heard the algorithm likes this” simply isn’t good enough.
That’s why this course is built differently. I’ll separate current platform guidance from marketing principles, professional recommendations and tactics that still need to be tested. I won’t ask you to accept a claim just because someone said it confidently.
Agents don’t need more noise.
They need current information, credible sources, sound strategy and a plan they can realistically execute.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be good at technology?
No. This class focuses on clear strategy and practical use. You do not need advanced marketing, SEO or AI experience.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT account?
No. A free ChatGPT account is sufficient for the workshop exercises.
Is this only for newer agents?
No. It is for any agent who wants a clearer, more current and more intentional visibility strategy. Experienced agents may have more knowledge to work with but still need help turning that expertise into discoverable content.
Do I need a website?
No, but we will discuss why a website you control matters for long-term Google and AI-search visibility. You can still complete the workshop without one.
Will I have to make videos?
No. We will discuss where video can help, but your 90-day plan will be built around a rhythm you can realistically maintain.
Is this a technical SEO class?
No. You will learn the practical things that make an agent’s expertise easier to understand and discover online without getting buried in technical terminology.
Will this class guarantee leads?
No honest marketing class can guarantee that a post will produce a client. You will leave with a stronger system for building recognition, trust, conversations and opportunities—and a clear way to measure what is working.
Is this just another social-media presentation?
No. You will make decisions and build your plan during the session. The goal is not to leave inspired for two days. The goal is to leave knowing exactly what you are doing for the next 90.
Stop Guessing. Start Building Visibility With a Purpose.
You do not need to post everywhere, follow every trend or let AI replace your voice.
You need to know what matters, what your audience needs from you and how your content supports the business you are trying to build.
Let’s get it right.
