If you’ve been wondering why the She Is Unstoppable podcast has been quiet lately… you’re not wrong to notice. The last episode dropped at the end of March, and here we are—mid-April—just now reconnecting. So, where have I been?
Life has been beautifully chaotic.
I recently made a big move—new state, new home, new routines. And if you’ve ever packed up your life and business at the same time, you know just how overwhelming and disorienting that can be.
But in the middle of the transition, I also made a bold decision:
✨ I took my boys on a trip to Italy. ✨
No laptops. No podcast mic. No packed schedule.
Just the three of us, Italian gelato, cobblestone streets, and a whole lot of presence.
Why I Took a Break (and Why It Was Exactly What I Needed)
I didn’t plan to step away from the podcast. Like many of us, I’m someone who loves to stay consistent, keep momentum, and show up. But this season of life reminded me that consistency isn’t just about content—it’s about alignment.
During the move and our Italy adventure, I realized I needed to unplug. Not just for rest, but for clarity. To remember why I started this podcast in the first place. To reconnect with what you need most as a woman building a business and navigating real life.
And you know what?
That time away gave me space to breathe, reflect, and refill my creative tank.
